Multiple panels focus on digitizing the insurance experience and processing touchless claims
WESTLAKE, Texas, Sept. 19, 2022 — Solera Holdings, LLC, the global leader in vehicle lifecycle management, will be hosting an engaging panel discussion during InsureTech Connect in Las Vegas, followed by a networking event.
The conference, which will be held at Mandalay Bay Resort from Sept. 20-22, brings together industry experts to offer the latest insights on how insurance companies are evolving to meet the needs of their clients.
Solera’s panel, titled “Striking a Balance between Digitizing and Humanizing the Claims Workflow” will take place on Sept. 20 at 2 p.m. The session will cover how insurance companies can achieve the perfect blend between touchless claims and human interaction.
“We are grateful to Solera for hosting this important discussion on the need to digitize the claims workflow while making sure insurers still provide the ‘human touch’ after a First Notice of Loss event,” said Rocio Sarriegui Zulueta, Global Content Director & International Strategy of InsureTech Connect. “This topic aligns perfectly with InsureTech Connect’s theme of looking into the future of insurance during the world’s largest gathering of insurance leaders and innovators.”
Solera’s 2022 Innovation Index showed that 79% of tech savvy consumers would trust automotive claims powered entirely by AI. While the claims process needs to become an elevated digital experience, human interaction is needed to enhance the customer service experience.
Panelists for the discussion include:
- Bill Brower, Vice President of Industry Relations, Solera
- Mary Mahoney, Vice President of Replacement and Leisure Division, Enterprise Holdings
- Ramon Lopez, COO, Allcat Claims Service
- Natalie Kaschalk, Vice President of Insurance Services, Copart Inc.
Interested attendees can register for the panel here: Insuretech2022/panel.
Brower will also moderate a discussion on Day 2 of InsureTech Connect titled “Touchless Claims Processing: Why Insurers Should Embrace This.” Panelists taking part in this discussion include:
- Donald Lacey, Chief Investment Officer, Ping An Global Voyager
- Elixabete Larrea, Partner, McKinsey & Company
- Megan Holstein, Head of Absence Management Product, The Hartford
- Sean Burgess, Chief Claims Officer, Lemonade
Commented Brower: “These two panels cover topics that I have been excited about for years. I’m looking forward to exchanging ideas with other insurance leaders who, like Solera, have been at the forefront of modernizing the insurance experience.”
